If you believe a student or student organization has violated the Student Code of Conduct, you can submit that information by completing the reporting form found here.
All reports are reviewed by the Office of Student Conduct and assessed to determine if they represent an alleged violation of the Student Code of Conduct Prohibited Conduct.
To note, student disciplinary matters are protected by FERPA and information will not be shared about the status of the case or action taken by the Office of Student Conduct.
