Reporting Suspected Non-Academic Misconduct
If you believe a student or student organization has violated the Student Code of Conduct, you can submit a referral to the Office of Student Conduct. To submit a referral for an allegation of non-academic misconduct, use the non-academic misconduct reporting form button at the bottom of this page.
All reports are reviewed by the Office of Student Conduct and assessed to determine if they represent an alleged violation of the Student Code of Conduct Prohibited Conduct.
To note, student disciplinary matters are protected by Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and information will not be shared about the status of the case or action taken by the Office of Student Conduct. Information about the student disciplinary process, including student rights and responsibilities, can be found in the Student Code of Conduct.
