After a student or student organization has been suspended for a defined period or indefinitely and wish to return to the institution, they must apply for reinstatement. To assure sufficient time for review, the reinstatement form (linked below) should be filed at least two months in advance of the requested date of return. Information on the requirements for reinstatement can be found in Section 9 of the Student Code of Conduct.
