Where a registered student organization at Iowa State University has been found responsible for hazing and/or has been suspended or otherwise removed/restricted from campus, that information will be listed below. For non-hazing related conduct violations, it is appropriate to ask organization leaders and/or advisors about their disciplinary status with the university. Under the Stop Campus Hazing Act, ISU maintains a Hazing Transparency Report, which will be updated at least two times per year. The Hazing Transparency Report will only include cases where an organization or individual is found responsible following a formal investigation. The Hazing Transparency Report can be found below. 

Under the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), the university is obligated to include specific types of reportable crimes in the annual security report. These reportable crimes fall under defined categories and may include incidents involving student organizations if they occur on campus or in certain off-campus locations affiliated with the university.
